Citycare Group is an infrastructure maintenance company, with more than 1,300 employees, delivering first responder property and water services for central and local government clients to more than two million New Zealanders, across 16 locations from Auckland to Balclutha. 

Two years into its new business strategy, Citycare was ready to increase the involvement of their people, take them on the journey with the company and make them a bigger part of the solution of delivering for the customer.
